Our Foundation Supporter honour board celebrates those helping to create a lasting home for multicultural communities across the Illawarra.
In 2025, the MCCI family of staff, volunteers, members, and supporters celebrated 50 years of community impact across the Illawarra, recognising the contribution of migrants, refugees, and generations of multicultural communities in shaping our region.
Now, we are taking the next step as we move into our new home at Coniston and create a future for our communities at the Illawarra Regional Multicultural Centre.
The centre will provide:
• A trusted, accessible centre for multicultural services
• A place for multicultural associations to meet and host events
• An anchor point for social cohesion and community collaboration
The centre has been made possible through matched investment by the Australian Government and MCCI, together with the support of our broader community.
