While our services are available to all people, our energy and focus is on supporting consumers, carers, and families from multicultural backgrounds to live well in the community.

We’re passionate about community support for seniors and, with a team of bilingual and bicultural care workers speaking 40 languages, our services are open to everyone.
How to Access Support
The first step to accessing aged care support involves registering with My Aged Care. You can call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit www.myagedcare.gov.au
If you are already registered with My Aged Care or if you need help to register then just contact us – we are here to help you.
Our team of experienced bilingual staff can help you get started, including:
- enquiries about the Australian Aged Care System
- referrals and registration with My Aged Care
- help with accessing services
- changing provider and support services
- receiving information in your language
- organising information sessions for communities.
