The Role

This role will provide scheduling and administration support to the allied health team including:   

  • Meet and greet clients on arrival to gym.
  • Client record keeping in MCCI’s client management system
  • Scheduling and validating client services in client management system.
  • Ensuring the gym is a welcoming, clean and tidy environment
  • Ordering supplies and equipment

About You

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in using a range of IT including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

About MCCI

MCCI is a non-profit charity that supports people and communities from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in the Illawarra/Shoalhaven, and ACT/Queanbeyan regions.

With more than 150 staff and more than 40 languages spoken, MCCI delivers a range of services including aged care, youth development programs, stakeholder engagement, community capacity building, volunteering and training services.

The Allied Health program commenced in 2021 with great success. Today, staff deliver exercise physiology, dietary and occupational therapy services to seniors at home, communities centres and MCCI’s gyms (Wollongong and Fyshwick). Clients are mainly aged 65 and over and access My Aged Care support.
