We are seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to join our growing Care Services team, based in our Nowra office.

As a Care Advisor, you will work with older people from culturally diverse backgrounds to help them achieve their goals of remaining independent at home. You will provide them with the information, guidance, and help they need to access the care and support they need.

The Role

You will work with families to provide them with support and information. You will be part of a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate and caring
  • Patient and understanding
  • Excellent communicator
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have experience working with older people from culturally diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience as a Care Advisor
