Care Advisor

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled registered nurse to join our dedicated Allied Health team.

You will play a vital role in delivering high quality person-centred and equitable care to improve the lives of seniors from culturally diverse backgrounds.

The Role

This pivotal role will work with our multidisciplinary team of community aged care professionals to support older people:

  • Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care
  • Case management
  • Assist in policy development
  • Support and train our support employees
  • Help manage chronic health conditions

About You

  • Registered nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 3 year post graduate experience
  • Experience working with client management systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
