Client Support Officer – In-home – Illawarra

This pivotal role in the team provides a range of customer service and administrative support duties to ensure that aged care services to multicultural seniors are efficiently implemented and monitored.

 To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high quality administrative and client support in a front-line client services context.
  • Demonstrated experience in inputting client information in a client management system in line with guidelines and procedure.
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling and validate client services in client management system and match with online timesheets.
  •  Demonstrated experience in managing staff roster to be efficient and effective.
  • Capacity and willingness to work in a high volume, fast paced, and multidisciplinary service environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of the aged care system in Australia, as well as the Aged Care Quality Standards, will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • An understanding of the issues facing older people from culturally & linguistically (CALD) diverse backgrounds will be highly regarded.

You will have a passion for working with the elderly and experience and understanding of working with CALD communities.
