Business Support Officer (Systems & IT, Wollongong)

This newly created role will work closely with the Executive Operations Manager to ensure MCCI has the IT systems, software and equipment needed to support its growing business and that staff are effectively trained and support to effectively use the systems and software we have in place. The role also provides essential cover to front reception as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organised, effectively manage competing priorities, and to use own initiative and judgement
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, teamwork, oral and written communication skills including the ability to train and support others.
  • Exceptional IT skills
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Relevant recent experience in the non-profit sector is desirable but not essential
