The Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra and Home and Community Care (HACC)
Services are funded by the State and Federal Governments under the Home and Community
Care Program to provide basic support, information and referral services to frail, older people
and people with a disability and their carers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

All HACC services are managed by the Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra's
Management Committee.
