The Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra (MCCI) has been supporting multicultural communities in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven for over 40 years. Its diverse and talented team has been driving organisational growth and we now have an opportunity for a highly experienced, values driven Finance Manager to join the team.
This integral role will support the CEO and management team to ensure robust financial governance and best practice financial administration within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance and a minimum of four years’ experience in a senior financial management role preferably in the not for profit sector.
The role will be responsible for all the organisation’s internal and external financial reporting requirements, and work with the CEO, Board and management team to ensure the continued growth and financial strength of the business. Being a hands-on-role, it will suit someone who enjoys looking at existing efficiencies and recommending changes to align with business needs.
