Multicultural Dementia Carer Support 
Friends coming together.
The Multicultural Dementia Carers' Support Group is based at the Cringila Home and Community
Care Centre.

Services available to carers include:
    Ongoing support and education for carers of people with dementia
    Referrals
    A safe and supportive environment to discuss carer issues

Referral Sources:
Referrals are accepted from any source, including self-referrals.

Meetings:
The Multicultural Dementia Carer Support Group meets on the second Thursday of every month, from February to December.

Meetings are held from 10.00am-12.30pm, and morning tea is provided.

We are located in the Cringila Community Centre, 32-40 Lake Avenue, Cringila.
